Alan S. Dambrov Attorney Dambrov has been admitted to practice law since 1980. He is a member of the state and federal bars of Connecticut and Massachusetts. He has represented numerous clients with a variety of legal needs, has been a member of the adjunct faculty at a law school teaching commercial paper, and has been an author, lecturer and panelist on Continuing Legal Education panels for lawyers. Prior to attending law school, Attorney Dambrov owned and operated his own business for five (5) years. He has also worked for others in several industries. Therefore, he has an understanding of the requirements of operating a business and the need to strive to resolve disputes as quickly as reasonably possible. The practice is oriented toward client service and working together with clients to achieve their goals. The most important question from lawyer to client is: “What do you want?” Attorney Dambrov strives to help his clients understand their situation and to provide them with counseling and alternatives. There are no pre-determined solutions, each case is evaluated on its own terms. Attorney Dambrov looks for the most efficient procedure for each client whether in settlement discussions, arrangements, mediation or non-legal actions. When appropriate, action can be taken to the courts. As a mediator, Attorney Dambrov believes that most parties are best served by resolutions of their disputes that allow them to minimize the disruptions in their lives or business.
